REFUNDS
We offer FULL REFUNDS if:
- You cancel the order before it has gone into processing.
- The order couldn’t be delivered by our shipping partners.
- We’re unable to dispatch your order even after 10 days from order placement and you choose to cancel it.
Please note:
- We won’t be able to cancel your order once it has gone into processing.
- Please raise a cancellation request within 2 hours of order placement.
- Refunds on the failure of delivery shall be issued only after receiving a successful confirmation from the shipping partner.
- Refunds for delayed orders shall be issued only if the customer expressively opts for such refunds.
- The amount for full refunds shall be equivalent to the amount paid by the customer on order placement and not the MRP of the product ordered.
- All Refunds(if any) are processed within 5-7 business days.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We offer FREE 5-DAY REPLACEMENTS for defective or wrong products delivered. The eligibility and ineligibility for Replacements are as follows:
1. COLOR MISMATCHES
Please be advised that the apparel images used are for illustration purposes only. The actual print/product color might vary slightly owing to technological limitations.
We DO NOT offer free replacements for minor color variations.
2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT DELIVERED
Every product of ours goes through rounds of quality checks before being dispatched. Despite our best efforts, if you happen to receive a product that is either defective or damaged, please let us know immediately.
For successful verification of the issue, we’ll require the following details from you:
- Your Order ID
- Full Image of the Product
- Close Up Images of the defects/damage
If you receive a hampered package, you are strongly advised to either refuse the delivery or shoot an unboxing video of the package. This will help us issue you a replacement if the product was damaged in transit.
Once the error has been verified by our quality team, you’ll be issued a FREE REPLACEMENT on a priority basis.
3. SIZE MISMATCHES
Our product sizes should be per the size charts provided. If the product delivered to you differs from the dimensions mentioned in our size charts, please let us know immediately.
For successful verification of the issue, we’ll require the following details from you:
- Your Order ID
- Full Image of the Product
- Image of the Product being measured with an inch tape (height and width)
HOW TO MEASURE:
Step 1: Lay down the product on a flat, hard surface and smooth out any wrinkles you might see.
Step 2: Place the inch tape flat from armpit to armpit to measure the chest and note the measurement.
Step 3: Now, place the inch tape at the highest point of the shoulder till the end of the hem to measure the length and note the measurement.
Once the error has been verified by our quality team, you’ll be issued a FREE REPLACEMENT on a priority basis.
4. QUALITY DISLIKE
We make our apparel with a lot of love, care, and attention. Our entire team works tirelessly to ensure that you have a pleasant experience.
Coming to our products, we strictly use 100% combed cotton material for all our printed T-shirts. The printing is done using DTG technology. All our clothing goes through three quality checks before being shipped.
We stand by the products we make and DO NOT issue replacements if you dislike our quality.
Please note:
- We won’t be able to issue a free replacement if we are informed about the errors after 5 days from the date of delivery.
- We won’t be able to issue a free replacement if we do not receive the required details and images within the 5-day timeline.
- The 5-day timeline is inclusive of the date of delivery. For instance, if an order is delivered to you on the 3rd of October, you can raise a complaint till the 7th of October.
- Replacement service can be availed only once per order.
- Replacements are subject to stock availability.
- We reserve the right to modify our policies without prior intimation
EXCHANGES
Given that we operate on a make-to-order basis, each of our products is uniquely crafted for you, making it challenging to facilitate an exchange for fitting issues without incurring a loss.
However, we do understand that it isn’t always easy to figure out the perfect fit from size charts alone.
We offer EASY 5-DAY EXCHANGE if you’re unhappy with the fitting. Please read the following to understand the terms:
- If your order value is less than Rs. 999/- and you haven’t availed any additional discounts against the same, we’ll provide you with a free size exchange on your first order.
- If your order value exceeds Rs. 999/-, and/or if you’ve availed additional discounts against your order, we’ll request you to bear the pickup charges. To ensure that you don’t pay anything beyond the value of our products, the charges will be less than or equal to the discount value availed on your order.
- Moreover, we’ll refund you the pickup charges as store credits to make you whole
- Alternatively, you can ship the t-shirt back to us from a courier company of your convenience. We’ll refund you the courier charges as store credits if you send us the slip
To facilitate the exchange, we’ll require the following details from you:
- Your Order ID
- Full Image of the Product
Once your details have been verified, we’ll get back to you and guide you through the process.
Please note:
- We won’t be able to arrange for an exchange if we are informed about the issue after 5 days from the date of delivery.
- We won’t be able to arrange for an exchange if we do not receive the required details and images within the 5-day timeline.
- The 5-day timeline is inclusive of the date of delivery. For instance, if an order is delivered to you on the 3rd of October, you can raise a complaint till the 7th of October.
- Please keep the original brand tags and packaging in place. We won’t be able to issue an exchange if they are misplaced.
- The returned products must be in unused and unhampered condition. We’ll reject the exchange if there are obvious signs of the product being used.
- In case your pincode is unserviceable for pickup, you’ll have to courier the delivered products back to us.
- Never courier the products to the manufacturer. We’ll send you the address once you raise an exchange request. Products returned to any other address will not be eligible for exchange.
- If you send the products through a third-party courier, it’ll be your responsibility to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
- No exchanges will be issued if products couriered through a third party are lost or damaged in transit.
- Free Exchange service can be availed only on your first order of value less than Rs.999/-. For subsequent orders, the customer needs to pay for the pickup charges.
- Exchange service can be availed only once per order.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the price of the exchange product is higher than the delivered product, the customer will have to pay the difference amount to facilitate the process.
- We reserve the right to modify our policies without prior intimation.
