DELIVERY TIMELINE
Our deliveries usually happen within 5-8 working days from the date of order confirmation. You’ll receive the tracking details via SMS or email as soon as your order is shipped.
We work from Monday to Saturday from 11 am-7 pm. Any orders post 7 pm on Saturday will be processed on Monday Morning.
However, there can be some unforeseen delays in shipping or delivery which we can’t always account for.
Primarily, your order can be delayed because of 2 reasons:
DELAY IN SHIPPING
To ensure that you don’t receive a substandard product, all our orders go through two rounds of quality checks before being shipped. Delays might happen if the product fails any quality check.
Additionally, if you place an order for a product that is under the restocking phase, it might lead to a delay in dispatch.
However, please be advised that we’ll be informing you about unusual delays as soon as we can. If the delay is more than 10 days, you’ll have the option to cancel your order and opt for a substitute product or a refund within 5-7 business days.
Lastly, we do a call confirmation before processing Cash On Delivery orders. There could be a delay in dispatch if we’re unable to reach you on our first try.
DELAY IN DELIVERY
To ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible, we’ve tied up with best-in-class shipping partners. 99% of all our orders are shipped via BlueDart or Delhivery.
However, there could be various reasons that might cause a delay in delivery despite our best efforts.
The issues could range from clerical mistakes to flight delays to unfavorable weather conditions.

PLEASE NOTE
- If you order more than one item, we might ship your order in separate packages to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.
- Serve&Style Retail Team can’t be held liable/responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the shipping company.
- Serve&Style Retail Team can’t be held liable/responsible for any failures in delivery caused by inadequate or wrong address/contact details entered by the customer.
- The Shipping Company will make at max 3 delivery attempts for your package. If you’re unable to arrange for delivery collection even once, the package will be returned to us.
- For re-shipping any returned packages on account of customer error/unavailability, a minimum charge of Rs. 79/-* per item will have to be borne by the customer. The same will be refunded as store credits and can be claimed as a discount for future orders.
*Re-shipping charges might increase or decrease depending on the weight, quantity, and pincode serviceability. The final amount will be communicated to you before processing the order.
